Based on the experiences of developments and good relationships with local developers established for more than 30 years, PDM is currently focusing on building a portfolio in the New York and Northeastern part of USA. PDM will always look at the world from a global perspective and respond to the fluctuations in the real estate market.

  • PDM is currently developing projects in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, paying specific attention to the residential market where potential long-term growth and stability in the market is expected.
  • PDM plans to increase its overseas portfolio in by diversifying investments in projects such as developing and managing condominium and rental apartments, condominium conversion projects, development of small to medium scale office and commercial facilities with local joint venture partners.
